Basic Health Tips Get yourself in shape! A fit driver will be faster than an unfit driver, period. Try push ups, sit ups and forearm exercises. For example, a great forearm exercise is taken from baseball. Take an 18 inch round pipe or cut broom stick, tie a 30-40 inch string to the middle of the stick and a weight (approx 5 lbs, more or less). Hold the stick out at a arm's length and twist till the weight is at the top touching the stick. Hold the stick with palms up, and palms down too. This is a great forearm and upper arm builder. Also work on cardiovascular, making your lungs and blood oxygen supply maximum. This will help you combat fatigue and help concentration. Last but not least, drink LOTS of water. Compiled by: Rosedi
